Afton and Elton’s Brooklyn wedding celebration was the perfect reminder that sometimes less rush means more magic. After tying the knot at City Hall, they gathered their favorite people for an unforgettable reception at Juliette, a charming Williamsburg spot that set the tone for an effortlessly cool, joy-filled evening.

We began the day at The William Vale, where Afton got ready alongside her sister and besties. Their first look out front felt intimate and electric, followed by relaxed family portraits and a wander through Williamsburg’s vibrant streets. With no tight timeline, we had the freedom to explore, stopping for slices of pizza and leaning into the neighborhood’s gritty textures, murals, and art-filled corners. It was playful, romantic, and completely them.

By the time we arrived at Juliette, the rooftop was glowing, overflowing with incredible food, stylish guests, and that unmistakable buzz of a great party about to unfold. The celebration moved downstairs into a packed dance floor that did not hold back, pure energy, pure joy, the kind of night where everyone lets go.

This was one of those weddings that felt deeply personal and effortlessly cool. Afton and Elton created a day that was equal parts stylish, relaxed, and wildly fun, the kind of celebration that brings you back to what it’s all about. Honestly, it is exactly the kind of wedding I would throw for myself.
